I have an in-store credit account, how do I link to it online and use my credit?

 

Try to sign is as a returning customer, if you cannot log in, choose the 'forgotten password' link and you should be able to set up your bew password by follwoing the instructions in the email which will me sent to the email address you have registered with in-store.

 

Do you have a phyisical store?

 

Yes, you can visit our main store in Edinburgh, see the address at the bottom of our page.

 

My cards have arrived damaged, can I get a refund?

 

Whilst we do everything to ensure your order arrives well-packaged and undamaged, sometimes mistakes can be made.  If your cards have arrived in poor condition due to the way they were packed, or you have been sent a card which is of a lower quality than ordered, you may recieve a refund. Please contact us (link at bottom of page) and send us a picture of the damaged products. One of our staff will talk you through the returns proceedure.
